Medical Sonography - Male sonographer checking female patients neck

Who we are

Diagnostic Medical Sonographers are highly skilled professionals who use high-energy sound waves to produce images of the body’s soft tissues and organs. Ultrasound is often the preferred imaging method for physicians due to its affordability and minimal impact on human tissue. Sonographers play a vital role in patient care, working closely with radiologists, physicians and surgeons to assist in the diagnosis and assessment of medical conditions. Career opportunities span a variety of healthcare settings, including hospitals, outpatient centers and private or specialty medical offices.
