Daytona State Recognized as One of the Best Cybersecurity Programs in Florida by Programs.com

DAYTONA BEACH, FLA. (November 18, 2025) – Programs.com has ranked Daytona State College’s Cybersecurity program among the best in Florida for 2025, recognizing DSC’s leadership in preparing students for high-demand careers in cybersecurity. The ranking highlights the College’s strong curriculum, expert faculty and proven student outcomes.

Daytona State offers an Associate of Science in Cybersecurity and Network Systems Technology and has been designated by the National Security Agency as a National Center of Academic Excellence in Cyber Defense – a distinction reflecting its comprehensive training in cybersecurity and cyberforensics.

DSC is also home to a top ranked student cybersecurity team. The team dominated the first statewide competition in 2023, finished third in 2024 and second in 2025.
