Your path to success

Daytona State’s Associate of Science in Broadcast Television degree program offers a unique hands-on experience in live-to-air broadcasting through its public television station, WDSC-TV 15. This program provides you with invaluable practical experience in Central Florida's vibrant television market, the nation's 17th largest.

You will learn and practice the fundamentals of production, plan and write scripts for various programs, produce and prepare packages, and participate in live-to-air broadcasts.

The curriculum includes courses in digital video editing, broadcast videography, video effects, remote sports production, acting for the camera, and television broadcasting. Classes are held at the Daytona Beach Campus in the WDSC-TV 15 Building 400.
