Your path to success
The School of Digital Media Production includes programs in Broadcast Television Production, Digital & Interactive Media Production, Music Production Technology and Photographic Technology. Each program features a progressive curriculum designed to develop the technical skills and creative expertise needed to thrive in today’s competitive job market.

The Broadcast Television Production A.S. degree offers hands-on training in field production, live-to-air studio production, directing and producing. The 24-credit Broadcast Television Production and 12-credit Television Studio Production certificates prepare you for employment in television and video production roles.

The Digital & Interactive Media Production program prepares you for entry-level careers as a media editor and producer, with training in multimedia, sound and graphic design.

The Music Production Technology program provides a comprehensive foundation in music creation, recording and production. You will gain practical experience using state-of-the-art technology, collaborate with peers and learn the fundamentals of the music business – preparing you for a career as a producer, engineer or studio technician.

The Photography program covers digital photography, videography, commercial, editorial, and advertising photography, along with visual storytelling, history, and aesthetics. You can continue your studies through a 2+2 partnership with the University of Central Florida to earn a Bachelor of Science in Photography.

Broadcast Television

In the Broadcast Television Production A.S. degree program, you’ll gain hands-on experience in all facets of the industry – from electronic field production and live-to-air broadcasts to directing, producing and studio operations. You'll train on professional-grade equipment and work in real production environments that mirror the fast-paced world of broadcast media. You can also earn the 24-hour Broadcast Television Production Certificate or the 12-hour Television Studio Production Certificate, both designed to prepare you for immediate employment in television and video production.

Digital & Interactive Media

In the Digital & Interactive Media Production program, you’ll build the creative and technical skills needed for entry-level roles in media, multimedia, editing, producing and more. You’ll learn to craft compelling content across platforms, collaborate on real-world projects and sharpen your storytelling using industry-standard tools. Whether you're designing motion graphics, editing video or producing interactive media, you’ll graduate ready to make your mark in a fast-evolving digital landscape.

Music Production Technology

Photography

In the Photographic Technology program, you’ll dive into the art and craft of digital photography and videography, mastering techniques used in commercial, editorial and advertising work. You’ll explore the history, aesthetics and evolving technologies of the medium, all while developing your eye as a visual storyteller. From studio lighting to post-production, you'll gain the creative and technical skills to communicate powerfully through images and launch your career as a visual communicator.
