RFQu #23-028 (Request for Qualifications)

Pursuant to the provsions of section 287.055, Florida Statutes, the "Consultants" Competitive Negotiations Act", Daytona State College Facility Planning on behalf of DSC Housing Corporation hereby publicly announces it will consder professional firms, registered and licensed to do work in the state of Florida, for a project requiring Architectural and Engineering services. 

Project Information

This project consists of the new design of a new student housing facility of approximately 200 beds, plus site work and parking spaces on the Daytona Campus. The Scope of work will include the development of educational specifications, site planning, building, design, and construction administration. The facility will be approximately 85,000 GSF. The estimated construction budget is $25M inclusive of all fees and furnishings. 

Following the Submittal Guidelines, interested firms should submit their proposal to:

Facilities Planning Department, Building 430A, Room 108, Daytona State College, 1200 W. International Speedway Blvd., Daytona Beach, FL 32114.
