Students Taking a Make-up Testing
Students must make an appointment for DSC Falcon Online Honorlock (if you cannot take it at home) or DSC Instructor Make Up Exams, please click here for day, times and contact information.
***Outside pens and mechanical pencils are not permitted, pencils and pens are provided by Assessment Services.
- Students must present a valid photo ID to sit for an exam.
- Students must know their instructor's name.
- Instructors can either put the student's names on the exam or issue each student a test pass.
- Make-up test passes can be picked up at Assessment Services.
- Students testing for institutions other than Daytona State College will be required to pay a $30.00 proctoring fee.
For Instructors -
For your convenience, Assessment Services offers make-up exams to students who miss
classroom tests. Please be aware, seating is on a space available basis and staffing
is limited; therefore Assessment Services cannot accommodate entire class testing
or administer Online course exams. Students must make an appointment (see above)
Faculty may authorize a proxy to deliver and/or pick up exams by submitting the Instructor Make-up Testing Proxy Form. Only DSC instructors or full-time employees from that department may be named as proxy.

Daytona State College is an institution of Academic Integrity. Students and testing candidates are expected to avoid all forms of academic dishonesty. Test scores cannot be given over the telephone nor via email, nor to anyone other than the actual test taker without his/her written consent. No tests will be administered without a valid photographic identification. Assessment Services is responsible for monitoring test sessions. Daytona State College does not tolerate cheating nor disruptive behavior. If an examinee is suspected of cheating, testing will be stopped and the examinee will be directed to leave the area. The test may be voided. The incident will be reported to college officials and disciplinary action may be taken.
