What did you do prior to joining Daytona State College? I worked as a recording sales associate at one of the most famous music stores in Manhattan. I freelanced, running audio for a sound company involved with concerts, plays and other performances. I was also an active performing artist.
What projects are you working on right now? I am fortunate to currently be in a position to work alongside the college marketing team, creating enrollment spots for local broadcast and Web distribution.
What has been the most rewarding thing about your Daytona State College experience? To be able to produce educational and entertaining programming that reaches viewers locally and in several surrounding counties, as well as produce promotional media that hopefully contributes to the growth of the college.
What is one goal you still hope to achieve in your career? To go on a world tour.
One thing people are surprised to find out about me is: I'm not as quiet and well-mannered as I appear.
Last book read: "Pirate" by Ted Bell
If they could bottle your personality what would the label read? Use sparingly; a little goes a long way.
If you could have a dinner party and invite any four people, dead or alive, the guest list would be: Alexander the Great, Genghis Khan, Muhammad Ali and Woody Allen (just to kind of break the tension in the room).
The Daytona State of Mind to me is students of many age groups and ethnic backgrounds, aspiring for a higher quality of life through education.
