First, go to the my.daytonastate.edu portal and login.
1) Click on Falcon Self-Service.
2) Click the Profile tile.
3) To share your Academic or Financial Information with another person, select Share My Information.
4) Click Delegate Access to a New Contact.
5) After reading the terms and conditions of FERPA, click the "I accept" button to continue to share your information.
6) Enter your delegate's contact information, and select what information can be shared. Click Save.
7) Click OK to send an email notification to the delegate you added.
8) After clicking OK, your delegate's information will be saved on your record so that your selected information can be shared with them. Students can edit or delete delegate information at any time by logging back into Share My Information.
