- Undergrad (UGD) – used for all Associates, AS and AA
- Bachelors (Bach) – used for BSET, BSIT, BSN, BAS
- BSED
- TCERT – PSAV Certificate Programs
- CCERT – College Credit Certificate Programs
- NonFA – Majors that do not qualify for FA – CNA, EMT, Firefighter, etc.
- 3. PLAN – Next step in Academic Structure
- A student’s MAJOR
- Plans (majors) will have numerical codes – codes are the four digit # from Kaleidoscope with 2 00’s added on end (i.e. AA was 0100, now is 010000)
- 4. SUBPLAN – last step in Academic Structure
- Is an AA student’s intended Bachelor’s major/transfer school
- Cannot take electives until they’ve declared a subplan – once declared, the prereqs show up as requirements
- BAS students – subplan is Occupational/Tech area
