Our Mission

The Daytona State College Student Help Desk, Falcon-AID, is dedicated to being the first point of contact for students seeking technical assistance. Falcon-AID now works with the IT Help Desk and Falcon Online at the main Daytona State College campus to address all technical concerns with regards to the student/faculty/staff college environment.

We offer Technical assistance in areas such as:

  • MyDaytonaState Student Portal Password Manager Help
  • Access to FalconMail and Office365 applications through your student account
  • Access to college DSC_Wireless WIFI
  • Falcon Online support
  • Assistance with smart devices (i.e., laptops, tablets, smart phones) in topics related to college academic resources/services (only)
  • Searching for available courses
  • Navigating/accessing via web important service areas such as: Financial Aid, Admissions, Registration, etc.
  • Directions to appropriate academic departments
  • And more...

 Please Note: Falcon-AID staff's responsibilities are to answer questions related to Academic Technological Resources only as listed above; any non-technical questions such as class subject matters, library research, or other areas of service, will be referred to their respective class instructor, library staff, Academic Support Center staff, appropriate college academic department, or areas of service.
