Erin Arthur has worked at Daytona State College since 2017. As Director of Academic Innovation, Erin leads initiatives that support faculty and staff through a wide range of services, training, and professional development for teaching and learning across all modalities. Her department plays a key role in ensuring faculty are equipped to meet the evolving needs of diverse learning environments.

Prior to her current role, Erin served for six years as a Video Producer in the Instructional Resources department, where she specialized in creating engaging, high-quality instructional video content to enhance the student learning experience.

Erin holds a B.A.S. in Supervision & Management from Daytona State College and a Master’s degree in Instructional Design & Technology from the University of Central Florida. Her areas of expertise include instructional media production, faculty development, and digital learning design. She is passionate about empowering educators to deliver impactful, student-centered, and innovative instruction.
