Program Structures

The Leadership Development Program is structured as a 3-year program. Participants focus on individual development in year one, the team dynamic in year two, and an individual practicum to demonstrate excellence in year three.

Participants

One of the strengths of the Institute is the diversity of the participants. Participants may be from any constituencies, any functional or faculty areas, and any job classification. Participation is a selection process involving a portfolio, application, and interview. Usually a maximum of 16 are considered for this honor.
