Intravenous Therapy Certification
Presented by Daytona State's Institute for Health Services - Continuing Education for healthcare professionals. This 38-hour weekend course teaches IV skills or is a refresher. Covers IV insertion, management and complications. Also included, calculating medication dosages, administering blood, care of central lines, etc. Pre-registration required. Cost $325 (includes $80 skills kit of catheters, dressings change kits, fluids, etc.)
