DSC Sports Camps/Clinics are provided to teach youth about sports and to help campers grow into well-rounded, healthy individuals who can try new things and push themselves to excel at anything in life. Camps should be a place for children to have fun, explore new interests, learn independence, create self-confidence, make new friends, and make fond memories.
- All campers are required to provide a Permission, Risk Acknowledgment and Liability Waiver Form.
- All campers are required to provide a physician's statement. A copy of a physical completed within one year prior to camp is acceptable in lieu of physician's signature.
- All campers are required to have medical insurance.
Daytona State College allows participation in overnight/resident camps only for campers who are 13 years old by the start of camp. Please refer to each sport's camp page for additional information.
Refunds may be granted in extreme circumstances with approval from the athletic director and Finance office. Any refund granted will include a $50 non-refundable amount from the camp fee. If the college cancels a camp for any reason, the camp is only responsible for a refund of fees paid to the camp as part of registration.
