Northwest Florida State College’s Kiani Parker is this week’s FCSAA Women’s Basketball Player of the Week. Parker,
a freshman from Ft. Walton Beach, Fla., averaged 14.0 points, 4.0 rebounds, 4.5 assists and 4.5 steals in two games,
helping the Raiders to wins in arguably their biggest games of the season to date – both on the road against nationally-ranked
opponents. At NJCAA No. 7 Chipola on February 14, she had nine points and four rebounds and the last of her three
steals sealed the victory for Northwest Florida State. At No. 4 Pensacola State on February 18, Parker hit 7-of-10 shots,
including all three three-point attempts, and finished with 19 points, four rebounds, eight assists and six steals in her
team’s 99-89 victory. For the week, Parker shot 50.0 percent (10-of-20) from the floor, and 60.0 percent (3-of-5)
from the free throw line.

Kianna Conner, Broward – 32 points and six rebounds in her only game of the week vs. Indian River State

FCSAA Women's Basketball Player of the Week
Games from February 6-12

Gulf Coast State College's Uju Ugoka is this week's FCSAA Women's Basketball Player of the Week. Ugoka, a sophomore from Lagos, Nigeria, recorded a double-double – 29 points and 12 rebounds – in her only game of the week. Ugoka scored 25 of her season-best 29 points in the second half of the Lady Commodores' February 11 victory at Northwest Florida State. She hit 12-of-16 field goal attempts and was 5-of-7 from the free throw line. She was also credited with three steals.

Carla Garcia, Brevard – averaged 13.0 points and 3.5 rebounds in two games
Shaneece Stephens, Brevard – averaged 17.5 points and 3.0 rebounds in two games

Chipola College's Jelleah Sidney is this week's FCSAA Women's Basketball Player of the Week. Sidney, a freshman from Queens, N.Y., had only one game on the schedule last week but turned in a stellar performance against top-ranked Pensacola State on February 4. Sidney scored 16 of her team's 22 first-half points and finished with 26 points overall on 9-of-17 shooting from the floor and 7-of-9 from the free throw line. She also grabbed 15 rebounds to complete the double-double while recording two assists and five steals in 38-plus minutes of action.

FCSAA Women's Basketball Player of the Week

Shanequa Schrouder, Daytona State
Sophomore – Guard – Orlando, Fla.

Daytona State College's Shanequa Schrouder is this week's FCSAA Women's Basketball Player of the Week. Schrouder, a sophomore from Orlando, Fla., averaged 20.0 points, 9.0 rebounds and 1.6 assists while shooting 47.7 percent (21-of-44) from the floor over a three-game stretch. Schrouder led Daytona State to wins over a trio of Southern Conference opponents – Miami Dade, Brevard and Indian River State. In the season opener against Miami Dade (November 2), she recorded 15 points, five rebounds and three blocks. Against Brevard on November 4, she tallied 27 points and 14 rebounds – from her guard position – to go with four assists and two steals. Schrouder finished the week with an 18-point, 8-rebound effort against Indian River State on November 5. For the week, she also hit 44.4 percent from the three-point line (4-of-9) and 80.0 percent (12-of-15) from the free throw line.
