Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor Campus Visit Schedule

The Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor, Hollie Locklear (407) 648-6216, will be on campus for appointments on the following dates:

Daytona Campus (Bldg. 100, room 107) 8am – 5pm
Wednesday, Feb 24th
Wednesday, March 10th
Monday, March 22nd
Monday, April 5th

Deltona Campus (room 222) 8am – 5pm
Monday, March 1st
Wednesday, March 31st

Hollie will be calling students directly and mailing letters to students regarding appointment availability. Appointments will be in Bldg. 100, Room 104 on the Daytona Campus. Please come to the reception area.

 It is your responsibility to sign up for an appointment and to notify Hollie Locklear of any late arrivals or cancellations.

The Daytona State Veterans' Services Office does not coordinate these dates or handle appointment scheduling or cancellations. The Office is a host to the Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor's services. All issues/concerns should be addressed directly to the Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor, not the Daytona State Veterans' Services Office.
