The Theater Center, located on Daytona State College’s main campus, offers an ideal setting for meetings, lectures, film screenings and performances that require superb acoustics and easy, convenient access.
In constant demand by area cultural arts groups, the Theater Center is fully equipped with curtains and theatrical lighting, a PA system and a full, proscenium-style stage, orchestra pit, small apron and dressing rooms.
The orchestra level can comfortably seat 414 people, while the balcony has seating for 66, for a total of 480.
If you’re looking to book your next event in a traditional playhouse setting, the Theater Center at Daytona State College may be the perfect venue for you.
Performer Facilities
The theater has four chorus dressing rooms, each with shower facilities, makeup mirrors and lights, performance monitoring and communications equipment. The theater does not have a costume shop or green room.
