Records Mission Statement


The mission of the Daytona State College Records Office is to maintain the security and privacy of student academic records, course related data and information relevant to the academic policies of the institution; and to serve the needs of the students, both current and alumni, faculty and staff by providing quality service, timely response to requests for information and convenient access to services.  The office's primary functions include:  collection and processing of student grades, verification of enrollment, clearance of students for graduation, and providing students with accurate and timely transcripts.
