DAYTONA BEACH, FL (March 3, 2011) - Presented by the School of Biological and Physical Sciences at Daytona State College, the March 29 science seminar will be presented by Dr. Terry Farrell, a faculty member at Stetson University.
The seminar is free and open to the public and starts promptly at 2 p.m., Tuesday, March 29, in the Schildecker Science Building (bldg. 410), rm. 228 on the Daytona Beach Campus located at 1200 W. Int'l Speedway Blvd., Daytona Beach.
The Behavioral Ecology of the Pygmy Rattlesnake is a one-hour science seminar featuring highlights of Dr. Farrell’s 20-year studies of pygmy rattlesnakes. Farrell earned his Ph.D. from Oregon State University and conducted postdoctoral work at Stanford University.
