DAYTONA BEACH (Sept. 19, 2011) – Daytona State College is seeking aqua-oriented prospects to try out for its Women’s Swimming and Diving team.
“This is a great opportunity for students who swam in high school and have the desire to take their training to the next level,” said Caitlin Iversen, who recently signed on as the college’s assistant swimming and diving coach. “Students must be registered as full-time students and bring a copy of their class schedule to the tryout, as well as proof of a current sport physical examination.”
Practices begin Monday, Oct. 3.

Daytona State College is a member of the National Junior College Athletic Association and the Florida Community College Athletics Association Mid-Florida Conference.
