The main focus of this conference is on practical issues and applied strategies to help prevent suicides, especially among young people.
It will also provide professional development for college/school counselors, campus safety officers, administrators, faculty members, students, mental health professionals and for faith-based organizations. Participants will learn about current and emerging suicide prevention strategies as well as practical applications of those strategies. Experts and campus leaders experienced in suicide prevention will lead the programs and trainings.
