Cardio Cross Training
Offers different combinations of step, weight training, low impact and kick boxing. Instructor: Deborah Stelling. Tuesdays and Thursdays, $30 for six-week session.

Yoga: Vinysasa Flow
This practice will combine different traditions of yoga for a dynamic mix of sweat and spirit. The Flow has many different levels allowing beginners to advanced students a challenging and successful experience. Instructor: Joy Pratt. Fridays, $25 for six-week session.

“Stretch & Twist” (Mondays,& Wednesdays) - 12:15 - 1 p.m.
“Into the Deep” (Mondays & Wednesdays) - 5:30 - 6:15 p.m.
This water exercise program provides a total body workout for those of moderate to advanced fitness levels. Classes include exercises for aerobic conditioning, flexibility, and strength training. Aqua Aerobics offers a safe and refreshing way to exercise for all ages. Cost $3 per class.

Jr. Lifeguarding Camp
Receive an American Red Cross Community Water Safety and CPR certificate on successful completion of the Jr. Lifeguarding Camp. Participants (aged 11 - 14) will learn water safety and rescue skills, basic first aid and CPR for infant, child and adult. Aspects of pool and ocean lifeguarding will also be covered. The camp includes trips to Daytona Lagoon to shadow waterpark lifegards and to the beach to learn more about ocean lifesaving and how the beach patrol operates. Participates should bring bathing suit, towel and dry change of clothes. Trips to Daytona Lagoon and beach require parent transportation to and from these off-campus locations. Camp participants must be pre-registered. Pack a hearty lunch! Lunch time will be supervised and students will remain with their camps. Parents are welcome to volunteer or visit anytime. Cost for this five-day camp is $130.

SCUBA Camp
Upon successful completion of this camp, participates will receive their lifetime SSI SCUBA certification. Instructors from Spruce Creek SCUBA will teach this week-long camp consisting of classroom work, pool time, and two checkout dives at area springs. Participants must attend all classes and complete skill requirements to obtain certification. Textbooks, campt-shirt, rental equipment and tanks will be provided. Students must provide their own mask, fins, snorkel and weight belt. A mandatory parent meeting will be held Tuesday, June 30 at 6:15 p.m. Trips to dive sites require parent transportation to and from these off-campus locations. Camp participants must be pre-registered. Pack a hearty lunch! Lunch time will be supervised and students will remain with their camps. Parents are welcome to volunteer or visit anytime. Cost for this five-day camp is $130.

Restorative Yoga
This practice opens with breath oriented postures that flow into lengthening and strengthening. Postures are held to create a deep meditative space. Focus will be on breath, lengthening and meditation. Instructor: Joy Pratt. Tuesdays, $25 for six-week session.
