DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (Nov. 14, 2013) - Daytona State College presents the following calendar of events for December 2013.

Events are open to the public and free of charge, unless otherwise noted.

fitnessFitness Center  | Aquatic Center  

Dec. 2-13, 11:15 a.m. - noon (Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays)
Aqua Aerobics “Stretch & Twist”
This water exercise program provides a total body workout for those of moderate to advanced fitness levels. Classes include exercises for aerobic conditioning, flexibility, and strength training. Aqua Aerobics offers a safe and refreshing way to exercise for all ages. Cost $5 per class; 10 classes, pre-paid $35.
