- Copies of all undergraduate and graduate transcripts. Please note that original and official transcripts will need to be received by Human Resources prior to the beginning of class instructions. TRANSCRIPTS MUST BE SENT DIRECTLY FROM YOUR COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES TO HUMAN RESOURCES.
- If applicable, copies of appropriate occupational licenses and/or certificates.

When you apply online, your application will be reviewed by the appropriate department chairperson(s) and academic dean(s) in the area(s) in which you applied. As adjunct openings arise, you will be contacted directly by the department chairperson.
In order to determine if you are eligible to teach in the area(s) specified, the department chairperson(s) and academic dean(s) will request the copies of transcripts, occupational licenses, and/or certificates for review from the Human Resources Department.
