One of the requirements to graduate from the Honors College at Daytona State College is to complete 15 credits in Honors classes with a grade of "B" or better.

Honors College students are not required to take Honors classes every semester in order to stay in the Honors College. It is however, always a good idea to stay on track and keep in mind the number of Honors credits required for graduation, as well as the fact that some semesters will inevitably be harder than others. If you have questions about your Honors credits, you can always stop by the Honors College and speak with the Honors College Chair.
Honors College students who are in good standing and have completed at least one Honors class (with a grade of "B" or better) in a semester will qualify for the 10% tuition reimbursement. If multiple Honors classes are taken within a semester, you must receive a grade of "B" or better in all Honors classes to qualify.
Transfer students who seek admission to the Honors College will be considered on a case-by-case basis. In most situations, evidence of Honors credit at another post-secondary accredited institution as shown on an official transcript will be considered for Honors credit in the Daytona State College Honors College.
Generally, no more than 6 hours of Honors credit may be transferred into the Honors College at Daytona State College. As with Daytona State College Honors classes, a grade of "B" or better must have been achieved to be eligible for transfer credit.
