Questions to RFQ:
Can you provide us with additional information on the building and, in terms of the deliverable, how detailed should the building be articulated (programming, utilities and cost)?
Since this is just a master planning proposal the building and utility cost should not play a large roll. The Deltona building will be a classroom, lab, office, vocational with parking. The building will be about 30,539 GSF. Programming is not required at this time. If you see any areas of the utilities that could be costly to achieve please relay that to us in your proposal.
