Questions to RFQ
Q: With regards to litigation or disputes, is there a time fram, such as within 5 years, or do you want throughout the history of the firm?
A: Please go back 10 years.
Q: Under Tab 3 there is a request for a notarized statement of financial status. This is a reference that I have not seen before. Is this a request for a financial statement?
A: Yes, in this case a ‘statement of financial status’ = ‘financial statement’
Q: Tab 4 requests information on 5 relevant projects from the submitting firm. Tab 7 requests information on 3 relevant projects from the Design Team. Considering that Tab 6 references the Design Team excluding the architect, does the same apply to Tab 7 and is Tab 7 requesting project information from the consultant firms separately from the submitting architect?
A: Tab 7 Design Team Experience - this will be projects designed by the specific individuals that will compromise the team assigned to the project including the Architectural Firm.
