Issue/Opportunity – It is clearly a necessity that the detailed history of this project be captured in some format that will be easily accessed by other colleges, universities and interested parties. Therefore, the creation of an extensive web site to serve as a repository of the data, research and documentation of the project be created and maintained.
Topic and Potential Actions – The DSC I.T. Web Dept. will be tasked the duty of creating this web based repository and assisting with its formation, implementation and maintenance.
Necessity for formal RFP, RFI or Bid – Not necessary.
Implementation Timing and Critical Path – ASAP
Status – The DSC I.T. Division is currently assembling a team to accomplish this task.
