Penalty for Violation of Policy
Failure to abide by the Daytona State College Computing Commons Use Policy may result in a loss of Computing 
Commons privileges and/or other disciplinary or legal action, including felony prosecution and punishment as provided for in Florida Statutes, Chapter 775, and Florida Criminal Code.
