The Cheerleaders of Daytona State College did a Holiday Food and Clothing Drive at the Rossmeyer Family Holly Hill
Boys and Girls Club of Volusia/Flagler Counties in December of 2011!
The Start! Heart Walk brings communities together in celebration of progress in the fight against heart diseases and stroke. This inspirational day is filled with energy, excitement and hope! The cheerleaders of Daytona State College were a part of this amazing event and they took a stand against heart disease and stroke along with 1,000's of other Volusia County residents, organizationa and companies who are as passionate about this event! Daytona State College raised over $5,000 for this event! Go Falcons!
Daytona State Cheerleaders “Cheers for your Boobs.” This is the third year we have participated in the Breast Cancer Walk. Our steps are helping to raise money for those whom are victims of the deadly cancer.
The Daytona State Cheerleaders attend the Easter Seals Rally for Life on April 21, 2011. This rally was put on by Kelly Parsons and the lovely families of child with disabilities. Daytona State Cheerleaders Dance and cheered on each group as the child were introduced. The rally raised over $50,000 for child with disabilities. We look to work with the Easter Seals Center Daycare over the summer, teaching cheerleading to the many children that attend.
