The Career Employee Association of Daytona State College hosted their Annual Chili Cook-off on Thursday, February 26, 2015. The cook-off began at 11:30am and ran thru 2:30pm in the Hosseini Center.
Contestants submitted their own recipe in a crock pot and brought it along on the day the event was hosted. This year the contest was open to all Daytona State faculty and employees. Judging was performed by representatives from each constituency group including:
Judges: Ted Sofianos, Laurie White, Bill Wetherell, Austin Albro, Ron Eaglin
$1 allowed participants to try a sample any three of the chilis. An additional 2 dollars bought participants a bowl of their favorite. Through these and the sales of desserts we were able to raise money to help fund future events and support CEA student awards.

1st Place Spicy Chili- Tristan Davison- Faculty School of Management
2nd Place Spicy- Beau Arrington
