JIT Training helps ensure the success of industries wishing to locate or expand their business by providing immediate, customized training for prospective employees. Daytona State College seeks to promote economic development by providing a workforce that is trained specifically for the needs of industry. As an incentive, JIT Training is provided at little or no cost to client companies.
Training can be tailored to meet the specific needs of your company. In order to develop a ‘tailor-made’ training program for each company, Daytona State College representatives meet with the company to determine its needs. They assist in curriculum development, devise a recruiting plan, and work with you to obtain and prepare the training site, secure the necessary equipment and supplies and select competent staff to conduct the training.
