International Student Enrollment Regulations

·      You are required to meet with the international student advisor upon your arrival at Daytona State College for immigration registration in the Student Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS).

·      The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) requires all students on F1 visas to be enrolled full-time for the fall and spring semesters. Daytona State College defines full-time status as 12 or more credit hours.

·      To remain in compliance with your I-20, you must maintain a 2.0 or better grade point average (GPA) each semester you are enrolled.

·     You are required to comply with all Daytona State rules and regulations. Academic Advising and Counseling services are available to assist you. International students are a vital part of our educational program. We will do all we can to assist you so that you will have a successful and enjoyable educational experience at Daytona State.
