to the dynamics of organizational behavior, with emphasis on the relationship

interactive "leadership laboratory," in which students explore
leadership in relation to individuality, group dynamics, career development
and community engagement. Topics include personal and group goal-setting,
self-affirmation, conflict resolution, team-building; theories and styles of
