The DSC OneCard signifies your status as a student and provides you with options on how to receive your student refunds.
Each registered student will be sent a Refund Selection Kit in the mail at your primary address on file with the college. You should receive it in the mail approximately 7 – 10 business days from the date of your first registration for college credit or vocational courses.
Once you receive your Refund Selection Kit, you must select a refund preference. This is the method by which you will receive any student refund from Daytona State (except credit card refunds). You will make your refund selection online at bankmobilevibe.com. Regardless of whether you anticipate that you will receive a refund, it is important for you to choose a refund preference.
Daytona State has partnered with BankMobile, a banking company, to disburse all student refunds. When Daytona State is ready to process a refund batch, Daytona State will send BankMobile a list of the students owed a refund along with a wire transfer of the funds to be disbursed. BankMobile checks that there are no errors in the file or the wire transfer and then starts refund disbursement. Refunds are usually available on Fridays between 3 and 6 p.m.
In order to receive a student refund, you must have activated your DSC OneCard and have chosen a refund preference. Your refund options include:
Directly depositing your refund into a BankMobile Vive Account. The Vibe account is a fully-functioning, FDIC-insured, free-checking account with no minimum balance and includes free internet banking features. With this option, your DSC OneCard functions as a debit card for the account and can be used to make purchases anywhere Debit MasterCard is accepted.
- An ACH transfer (direct deposit) to another bank account of your choice. The initial request for ACH transfer will be processed the same day funds are sent to BankMobile, but you must allow processing time by your financial institution for the funds to be available in your personal account.
You may change your refund preference at any time by logging in to your account at bankmobilevibe.com. From the menu select "Refund" then "Refund Preferences."
Your Vibe Account
Your Vibe Account is a fully-functioning, FDIC-insured, free-checking account with no minimum balance and includes Internet banking features. Your DSC OneCard serves as a debit card for this account and can be used to make purchases anywhere MasterCard is accepted. Your DSC OneCard is a DEBIT card and not a CREDIT card.
You can check your available balance through the BankMobile Vibe App. Checking your balance frequently will help you to avoid insufficient funds bank fees.
You can use your DSC OneCard to withdraw cash without a foreign ATM fee at any of the Allpoint Network ATMs. Go to http://www.allpointnetwork.com for locations.

If you have forgotten your password, you should log on to www.dsconecard.com and click on the Reset Password link under the Current User Login area. You will be prompted to enter your email address. Once you click submit, you will be given 4 digits of the password. You will receive an additional 4 digits of the password via the email account given.
Report Lost Card Or Request Replacement Card
For your safety and convenience, it is important that you report a lost or misplaced DSC OneCard immediately.
If you have never activated your DSC OneCard, a replacement card will be sent at no charge upon verification of your current address by calling the Office of Student Accounts.
If you have previously activated your DSC OneCard and the card is lost or misplaced, you should report it immediately by logging in to www.dsconecard.com and clicking on "Profile" then "Card Status" and then "Report Lost". You will be charged a replacement fee of $10.
