Daytona State College's Student Help Desk is a large portion of its IT Helpdesk. The Student Helpdesk is the first point of contact for students seeking DSC-related technical assistance, such as FalconMail/FalconNet issues, forgotten passwords, problems accessing Falcon Online and classes within, problems accessing departmental webpages, even some DSC-related technical assistance with mobile devices. Students are able to seek technical help in person at the "Student Kiosk" in Bldg. 300, Rm. 109 between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Monday - Friday each semester. The "Student Kiosk" will be manned by qualified Helpdesk Specialists and student workers. Currently, FalconAid and Falcon Online assistance is available via phone or email from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
