Daytona State College’s Student Help Desk is a large portion of its IT Helpdesk. The Student Helpdesk is the first point of contact for students seeking DSC related technical assistance, such as FalconMail/FalconNet issues, forgotten passwords, problems accessing Falcon Online and classes within, problems accessing departmental web pages, and even some DSC related technical assistance with mobile devices. Students will soon be able to seek technical help in person at the “Student Kiosk” in Bldg. 300, Room 109 between the hours of 8am and 8pm, Monday - Friday beginning in the Fall 2013 semester. The “Student Kiosk” will be manned by qualified Helpdesk Specialists along with Student Workers. Currently, FalconAid and Falcon Online assistance is available via phone or email during the hours of 8am and 8pm.
