Consumer Education Classes Now Available!

Join Chef Costa Magoulas, CEC, CCE, AAC and Culinary Educator, one of only 200 in the United States certified by the American Culinary Federation, the largest chefs association in the United States. These classes combine lecture with hands-on training and interaction between the students and the chef. Here is your opportunity to ask questions about the world of culinary and have a professional help you with the answers.
Space is limited and classes will fill quickly.
All Classes are taught in the kitchens at Daytona State College, Main Campus in the Mori Hosseini College of Hospitality, Building 1200

Dress Requirements for all classes:
Long Pants (Legs must be completely covered)
Closed Toe, non-slip shoes.
Apron, hairnets, hats will be provided.
Classes are priced at $50 per class, for a limited time, purchase any 3 classes for just $125, or group 5 classes for $200.
We're sorry, but we will not be able to refund your money without at least 36 hours prior notice for individual classes and refunds cannot be given for package purchases.
