When you step into Café 101, you enter an environment that rivals some of the finest dining establishments in Central Florida. A peaceful, comforting atmosphere combines with the aromas of gourmet delights. While visiting Cafe 101 stop by the Christopher Bean Coffee and Bakeshop located in the main lobby. Pick up a few of the Sweet Confections prepared by our students in our baking and pastry classes.
All baked goods are produced by the students in our Baking and Pastry classes.

Consumer Education Classes Now Available! Join Chef Costa Magoulas, CEC, CCE, AAC and Culinary Educator, one of only 200 in the United States certified by the American Culinary Federation, the largest chefs association in the United States. These classes combine lecture with hands-on training and interaction between the students and the chef. Here is your opportunity to ask questions about the world of culinary and have a professional help you with the answers.
Space is limited and classes will likely fill quickly.
