The 2014 Falcon baseball team will mark its 13th season with Tim Touma as Head Baseball Coach. In the 11 years with Touma at the helm, Falcon baseball has won four conference championships and five National Academic Awards with the highest baseball team G.P.A. (3.66) in the nation in 2013.

Pitching coach/recruiting coordinator Chris Reilly returns to the staff. The new addition to the staff is Mike Groover, a former Falcon star. Coach Groover will be in charge of the infielders and will assist with the developmental baseball program.

Freshman All-Conference outfielder Nathan Bond, led all Falcon hitters in batting average in 2013. Starting right fielder Jimmy Faul returns as the leading HR hitter of all Mid-Florida Conference returning hitters.

On the mound, starter Brad Emery returns along with Clayton Payne anchoring the bullpen for the Falcon hurlers.

The goals for the 2014 squad will be to win another national academic award and make a return trip to the state tournament!
