Our shallow water exercise program provides a total body workout for those of beginner to advanced fitness levels. Classes include exercises for aerobic conditioning, flexibility, and strength training. Aqua Aerobics offers a safe and refreshing way to exercise for all ages.
All classes are taught by an experienced instructor and can be modified to fit your needs. Whether you are looking for an alternative workout to your regular gym routine, recovering from an injury, or have arthritis and weak joints, you will benefit from this class!
Fitness, endurance, strength and flexibility are emphasized. A great workout for all ages and fitness levels.
