Red Cross Certified Lifeguard Course

Class Starts Wednesday, April 6th, 2011.

Deadline to register is Monday, April 4th.

Would you like to be a certified lifeguard? A Red Cross Certified Lifeguard Course will be offered at the Daytona Campus Aquatic Center bldg 310. Each class must be attended to be certified.

You must be able to pass the pre-test which consists of the following:
300 yard swim (not timed) - 100 yd freestyle, 100 yd breast stroke, 100 yd either one
Retrieve a brick from bottom of pool under 1 minute 40 seconds 

Dates:

Course Fee is $150, Daytona State students pay $75
$50 non-refundable deposit due upon registration
Balance due first day of class
Cash or Check only

Please bring bathing suit, towel, and change of clothes for each class.Course consists of classroom and pool time.
