Florida Tech BRIDGE TO SUCCESS Transfer Scholarship
How it Works
The Bridge to Success Transfer Scholarship is awarded annually for students entering in the fall semester only. It is renewable after the satisfactory completion of 30 credits and submission of an updated FAFSA. The scholarship may vary in dollar amount, but the recipient is guaranteed to receive a combination of grants and scholarships equal to tuition.
• Be currently enrolled at a Florida state college at time of application.
• Have a cumulative grade point average greater than or equal to 3.5 for all college work.
• Be admitted to Florida Tech and file a FAFSA with the university (code: 001469) before graduating from a Florida state college.
• Graduate with an A.A. degree by the end of the spring term prior to fall enrollment (students who complete their A.A. degree in December of the previous year may also be considered).
Scholarship recipients are chosen by a committee consisting of Florida Tech undergraduate admission, financial aid and enrollment management personnel. All eligible applicants will receive fair consideration. All committee decisions are final.
Recipients must enroll as a full-time undergraduate at Florida Tech’s main campus in Melbourne, Fla., before the scholarship takes effect.
The Florida Tech admission office will notify scholarship recipients on or around June 30.
