Dynamics of Student Leadership Development
Course Description:
The course is designed to introduce students to the dynamics of organizational behavior, with emphasis on the relationship between self and group in the leadership process. The course functions as an interactive "leadership laboratory," in which students explore leadership in relation to individuality, group dynamics, career development and community engagement. Topics include personal and group goal-setting, self-affirmation, conflict resolution, team-building; theories and styles of leadership.
