Course Description:
As part of the Pastry program, this class is a continuation of fundamental techniques, a variety of pastry doughs, cakes and custards, and properties of ingredients and mixing methods. Students will prepare an assortment of pastry products using a variety of proper tools, methods and decor. FA, SP
