Course Description:
The course analyzes the history of pharmacology, regulatory agencies and regulations concerning the use of drugs. It will include drug action, absorption, and distribution in the human body with emphasis on respiratory, cardiac, and related drugs that a student is exposed to in clinical settings. (Prerequisite: Admission to the Respiratory Care Program.) FA
