Designed to teach the fundamentals needed to perform assembly, upgrading, and servicing of PC hardware and operating systems. Covers the basic installation and function of current operating systems, multi-boot and maintenance utilities. Also introduces handheld devices such as notebooks, tablets, and PDAs. Course uses hands-on approach to learning, along with on-line content and A+ certified text to prepare students for the A+ exams. FA, SP, SU.
