Our water exercise program provides a total body workout for those of beginner to advanced fitness levels. Classes include exercises for aerobic conditioning, flexibility, and strength training. Aqua Aerobics offers a safe and refreshing way to exercise for all ages.

All classes are taught by an experienced instructor and can be modified to fit your needs. Whether you are looking for an alternative workout to your regular gym routine, recovering from an injury, or have arthritis and weak joints, you will benefit from this class!

"Early Bird Workout"
Low impact, high intensity aquatic exercise class in the shallow end of the pool. This class is for all levels from beginner to advanced, the harder you work the more you will get out of it! This class minimizes stress on the joints and emphasizes fitness, endurance, strength and flexibility. Instructor: Amanda Bender

“Twist and Shout”
This is a low impact aquatic exercise class in the shallow end of the pool. It allows beginners to learn aqua exercises in a low impact, moderate intensity class, which minimizes the stress on joints. Fitness, endurance, strength and flexibility are emphasized. You won’t even get your hair wet. Instructor: Lindsay Sagala or Amanda Bender

“Into the Deep”
For those who desire a vigorous workout may want to try this class. It offers a more intense workout. Although you can still participate at your own pace, we cannot promise you that your hair won’t get wet!!! This class takes place in the deep end. Instructor: Ruth Thompson
